The Aston Martin DB9 is the company’s most successful car of all time. Its beautiful architecture and value for money that surpasses its competition immensely are all factors in its success. Powered by its fabulous V12 and making the driver feel that it is his inputs that produces the joyous results, as opposed to a computer, we rate the DB9 very highly indeed. However the car has been around since 2003 and has only undergone one set of minor changes, as a result Aston Martin have just unveiled the new facelifted DB9.
Though the changes are minor the GT does benefit from them, but only slightly. Revisions have been made to the front and rear bumper as well as a new set of sills running down the cars bodywork. The only mechanical difference in this model in the adaptive damping system that has been applied to both the coupe and the Volante. Other than that the car hasn’t changed, but as the saying goes “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.”
The updated DB9 will reach dealerships by July
