When you think of Audi thoughts such as reliable, well built and distinctly German will enter your head. You wouldn’t be wrong thinking any of those things as the four rings these days get their cars spot-on 9.999/10 times. They tend to cost more than their European rivals but then again, you get what you pay for. However the options list is where things start to get a bit silly with the numbers. This trend is set to continue with the induction of what Audi calls the “black edition.”
The black edition is something that will appear in the options lists of all new A4 saloon’s and avant’s as well as the A5 coupe. This styling pack adds black grill surrounds, matt back boarders for the numberplate and lights not to mention some rather seductive smoked 19-inch titanium alloys. Want your new Audi to stand out from the crowd? Well it’s going to cost you an extra £1,250 on top of what the S-line model is. Is it price worth paying? To be honest with the amount of bank managers driving these cars I would say yes!
