The Citroen Survolt Concept is a stunning super-mini sized sports car that the French company developed for the last Geneva motor show. This ultra-modern design caught the eye of many and as a result Citroen produced an example to compete in Le Mans classic. The whispers from the shadows are now saying that the Survolt will reach showrooms within the next few years.
The Survolt is all-electric and its motors produce a rather handy 300BHP that can aid the car in its 0-62MPH of less than 5 seconds. Top speed is 160MPH making it potentially the nippiest environmentally friendly car you would actually want to buy. There are also plans in motion to create a one-make race series for the car much like Ferrari do with their challenge series.
The original announcement for this car was “shocking” but we are now rather keen on the idea of the Survolt making its debut on the road.
