Remember back to 2006 when a man named James Glickenhaus made his dream of a modern-day Ferrari P3/4 a reality. Named the P4/5 this Pininfarina designed beauty was an Enzo at heart but wearing the legacy of the great P series racers. The project cost James $4,000,000 but yielded a car that is instantly recognisable and thoroughly at home in Ferrari’s hall of fame. Now from this you can probably guess that Mr Glickenhaus is an ambitious man and so when he officially announced plans to build a P4/5 race car it came as no surprise.
The aim is to race this Ferrari P4/5 Competizione at the next Nürburgring 24 hour race and “compete with the big boys.” Naturally with motorsport being so competitive no details have been given away to stipulate power or any other performance measures, but we do have a development video that you can watch the start of HERE.
