Hybrids are apparently the best of both worlds. Cheap and clean urban motoring whilst having the security of a combustion engine when the battery is running low. We are divided in our opinions of hybrid cars as they all tend to feel a bit watered down and clinical. A couple have impressed such as the Honda CR-Z offering an involving drive but also a helping of environmental friendliness. Lexus are attempting to combat the dull stereotype with a new F sport package for their hybrid hatchback.
The Lexus CT 200h F gets all the muscular body panels that the IS F has making it a rather butch looking car. Overall the mesh grill and aggressive stance certainly plays nice with the eye. Oh, and those 17 inch rims also tick a few boxes… Inside the cabin receives the full leather treatment as well as your usual Lexus luxury. The suspension has been reworked for a sportier feel but the power output still remains as standard.
