As the world becomes increasingly populated by the environmentalist the automotive industry has begun bending to their wills. Brands such as Mercedes-Benz and even Ferrari are looking into reducing the harm their machines do to the polar ice cubes. But their remains a divide in that some manufacturers are taking the all electric route whilst others ad adapting their engines to boost the range and reduce emissions. At Geneva Mitsubishi will show their hand.
Named the Global Small Concept this all new car is very much a hybrid. The 1.0 or 1.2 litre engines, which ever you choose, are equipped with some Eco-Nazi trickery to make them class leading in their lack of emission. The Formula One inspired Kinetic Energy Recovery System is installed in the breaks to aid in powering the hybrid motor. It is also said to be class leading in price for a car that can seat 5 adults and will be top of its class in terms of MPG.
For full details we are going to have to wait until march.
