A new dawn, a new day and yet another Porsche special edition of some description or another. We have had black edition this and glow in the dark sticks that all in the Germans ambitious bid to beat sales records this year. However this special 911 is of particular relevance making its justification “as good as gold.”
Celebrating 10 years of Porsche bringing their latest and greatest to China, this 911 Turbo S has been creatively named the “China Edition.” Painted in a brilliant shade of gold combined with carbon fibre it does look much like a 1970/80’s Porsche, no bad thing. Inside the car gets some lavish Alcantara with matching body coloured stitching. Powered by a 3.8 litre flat-six producing 523BHP, that is enough to propel the car to 62MPH in 3.3 seconds.
No word on cost yet but the car is limited to just 10 units making this 911 “worth its weight in gold…”
