Life is a rollercoaster if you are Saab; one moment you dead and buried, then you are revived only to die on your feet but then get saved at the last possible moment by an unlikely Dutch passer-by. So with Saab now under the ownership of the Dutch super car manufacturer Spyker, they are now ready to roll out another new model. This is the new 9-4X.
This November at the LA motor show the covers will be taken off Saabs first crossover and this car will be a key stone in the company becoming a success in the US. Though no longer under GM ownership the 9-4X shares its platform with the Cadillac SRX but the Swedish engineers say they have made extensive changes. The car will arrive in the UK late next year but hit the USA a few months earlier clearly showing its target market.
Move information November.
