Doctors have been trying to bring the legendary racing driver out of his medically induced coma for months to no avail. However, his manager told the media today that Michael Schumacher is showing “moments on consciousness.” This is a big development and one that we hope continues. He is far from out of the woods yet as a prolonged period in a coma often results in loss of function, to what degree varies from case to case.

Michael is a professional athlete and is physically fit. This put him in the best position to “keep fighting.” We wish him and his family all the best and have faith that he can still make a strong recovery.
