Nobody can say that the Nissan GT-R is anything short of incredible. What Nissan did with that car is produce one of the worlds greatest bargains in terms of bangs for your buck. Turbocharged V6 power and all wheel drive to insure you can use all of it? Yes please! Every year the GT-R gets a little nip and tuck with a few more horsepower here and some new headlights there. 2014 is no different but alongside the tweaked GT-R is something special from Nismo.
The Nissan GT-R Nismo is biblical. No other word that I can think of sums up this 3.8 litre 591BHP twin-turbo V6 monster. Being toughly reworked with larger turbos taken directly from the GT3 racing car, the Nismo will do 0-62MPH in a scarcely believable 2.5 seconds. 2.5 seconds in a car that has number plates! It lapped the Nürburgring in 7 minutes and 8.679 seconds making it, according to Nissan, the fastest series production car in the world. Aerodynamically it creates more downforce than the standard car thanks to its new splitter and large rear wing.
